The 2009 Spiegel Cup State Championship, organized by MACA and played at the Natick Senior Center, yielded a fine group of young champions (most of whom are familiar faces at the Boylston):
High School: Felix Yang, 3.5
14 Under: Winston Huang, 3.0
and James Lung, 3.0
11 Under: Mika Brattain, 3.5
8 Under: Michael Isakov, 4.0
