NM Lawyer Times organized his first scholastic tournament, scheduled for Sunday, March 11 in Burlinton.

Lawyer is a life-long member and player at the Boylston, former club champion in 2012, and current Mass Champion (2017.)
As an adult Lawyer has been teaching chess to young people, but this is his attempt to initiate a scholastic tournament. Lawyer's connection to scholastic chess has been life-long, extending back to his high school days, when he was a member of the national champion high school team from Boston Latin.
