| Description | The Open House series
invites players to enjoy community chess in different formats to improve
skills. Refreshments provided for registered players.
The "Play UP" event has two unrated rounds, with a guarantee: all players except the highest rated player will play a higher rated player in at least one round. The winner of each round gets a $5 prize. The highest rated player gets a $10 bonus. |
