Biography

In memory of Harold B. Dondis (1922-2015), former Managing Director and former counsel to the firm concentrated on corporate and public utility law, as well as estate planning taxation with a specialty in legal analysis of federal and Massachusetts law. Mr. Dondis provided counsel to electric, gas, cable and various commercial companies, with a particular focus on natural gas companies. Mr. Dondis argued several cases before the U.S. Supreme Court. 

Honors

Named a 2015 Top Rated Lawyer in Business and Commercial by Martindale-Hubbell.

Awarded the highest ranking by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory (AV – Legal Ability Rating: Very High to Preeminent).

Recipient of the U.S. Chess Federation 2001 Cramer Award for the “Best Chess Column.”
