ELITE FOUR
Derek Chubo Zhao sets up his win vs Tony Scali, Round 1.
Derek went on to sweep the field, including expert Atul Kannan,
for a 3-0 slam of the Elite Four, earning a +39 to 1867 rating.
Bravo, Derek!
Atul Kannan, who hales from Louisiana and has the distinction
of having won a game vs NM and BCC Club Champion,
Carissa Yip, in the "BCC Quads Blitz" event held on
December 3, 2016, lost his footing in his Round 3 game
vs Derek Chubo Zhao and had to settle for 2nd place
in the Elite Four Quads of January 7, 2017.
Antonio Scali braved the snow storm to visit the
BCC for the Elite Four Quads. Here, Tony is
seen playing the winner of the event, Derek
Chubo Zhao.
