| Description | College students
battle in an over-the-board league for the title of best in collegiate
play. College students in any state can participate. Play is unrated. No
membership required in Boylston Chess Club, Massachusetts Chess
Association, or the US Chess Federation. Details available at
chessblaster.org Be sure to put the name of your school in the field "Other Information" when registering. New players welcomed and can join at the start of any round, as room occupancy permits. Players must be able to record moves on paper or use an electronic chess move recorder provided by the tournament (if available). Any player that is not present at the start of a round forfeits the game unless a 0 point bye was requested by the prior day. A player who forfeits a game cannot play in any subsequent games this season. | ||
