CHESS SPARK
Charles Bing is an enthusiastic kid, full of life
and curiosity. He has a lot of great ideas.
Well, in his young chess career he just has to
learn to slow down his pace a bit and look at
the board.  Keep up the good work, Charles!
[Charles had 2 points for a +24 to 1031 rating]
FROM THE TD DESK
[Well, my plan was to get a photo of the TD at work,
under the pressure from his young players to watch
for the "best" parings. Instead, they noticed me setting
up this shot and all looked up for a smile (Natasha
Christiansen, Mr. Zhou, Skyler Zhou, Charles Bing)]
Actually, NM Andrew Hoy did work very hard to
make this event a great success. Bravo, Andrew!
